This was a commission for Norman Veis a dear man who loves art and color. It was a fun time painting for him and making him happy. 

Buster was a sweet dog and belonged to my friend for many years.

His personality led her to starting speaking through Buster in rhyme.

This led to the collaboration of a book called

Tall Tales by Buster A Bischon which she wrote and I illustrated.

Buster is in dog heaven but he was always very loved on earth.

This painting was a trial and error painting to try and capture the essence of the summer and the fun that is had by all who come there to play and enjoy the water and the NC mountains.

All were happy and it now hangs in the mountain condo.

The Wilkes, Donna and Steve are dreaming of this life ... this painting will go in the planned beach house with the sailboat that will take them on new adventures.

The little white dog is my dog Worthington who was a breeder now retired.

My cousin inherited the farm from my aunt and here it is with his family and grandchildren and a few cows in the mix.

Bought by a friend of mine for his vet clinic but it never made it there. Instead it hangs over his fireplace.
